Exclusively produced with Pinot Noir grapes. After destemming and crushing the grapes, very gentle pressing was carried out, and fermentation began with temperature control and without the presence of skins. Malolactic fermentation in a small stainless steel tank.
 Alc. 13.0% / Total acidity 6.4 g/l / Sugars 0.6 g/l.
 Production of 1,330 bottles. Bottled in March 2019, released in April 2019.
